Come and cook with usCome Cook and Dine with us at Beechcroft. Learn how to prepare:

  • a Healthy Breakfast in accordance with your Blood Type
  • a mean lunch fit for a Queen/King

All ingredients are organic, some biodynamic, all preparation will be Vegetarian based. We use only the very best in cookware retaining 98% of the vitamins which also protects the enzymes.

Merlee holds frequent Rejuvenation Retreats and is consistently asked for her wonderful recipes.

MERLEE is a Naturopath with over 35 years of experience in her field of natural medicine, she is also the Director of Beechcroft Retreats and The Sanctuary of Light.

CAROL is coming from a legal background with interpersonal skills. She holds a current Health & Hygiene Certificate and was one of the top chefs for Saladmaster and just loves to cook.

Carol is part of the Beechcroft team she demonstrates our Lifestyle Work Balance Weekends. Merlee and Carol have now got together to combine their cooking skills to tantalize/tease your taste buds with their delicious wholesome and unusual style of cooking mixing the flavours of Asian, Caribbean and Italian.
